Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every BraveMind Publishing purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
